When you are completely happy with your site, you must agree to sign up for at least 12 months, where one month will be free. This free month will be the last month of your first year.

All payments are made for the upcoming period, i.e. in advance.

All payments are made through PayPal or Bank Transfer.

You can pay monthly, quarterly or yearly.

Although Freewebsites123 host all their websites on quality servers, we cannot be held responsible for any losses due to server downtime. Uptime is around 99.99%.

Your free website has to be written in pure basic HTML, not server side or client side scripts (except CSS). There are site enhancements that involve these technologies and a library of flash enhancements, that cost extra.

The site refers to the Free website that you have commissioned to have built by FreeWebsites123

The design process refers to the period after which you make an enquiry to FreeWebsites123 to the time when your site is launched.

A deposit of one month's hosting is required before the web site is designed. This will cover the first month's hosting.

FreeWebsites123 reserves the right to deny designing a site at any point during the design process, or before the design process has begun, without reason or cause.

After the site has been launched FreeWebsites123 takes responsibility for hosting the site. If for whatever reason we are unable to continue this responsibility, FreeWebsites123 will refund the outstanding hosting payments.

We reserve the right to terminate any contract with 14 days notice. Any outstanding hosting will be refunded.

The site remains the intellectual property of Wilson's Web Solutions during the initial twelve months. After this time, it becomes your property, and you may request the web site on CD. However you may only request the site on CD after the initial 12 month period has ended.

The domain name that comes with your site remains the property of FreeWebsites123 at all times. If you provided your own domain name, then you receive one month a year free hosting, and this remains your own property.

Freewebsites123 is obligued to provide the domain name you requested for the period of hosting that you have paid for. If you do not pay the hosting, or you choose to move your site after the twelve month period, we will release the domain for a flat administration fee of £99.

All bills must be paid for within 14 days of receipt. An electronic bill will be sent on the first day. If payment is not recieved by the 14th day, interest will be charged.

Interest will be charged at 4% per day after the 14th day. If the balanced has not been cleared by the 28th day, your site will be suspended. The site will be taken offline, and the remaining balance will have to be cleared before the site is re-instated. If the web site has not been online for twelve months, you will be liable for the hosting up to the full twelve months, regardless of whether your site is suspended or not.

If your site is suspened then your balanced must be cleared plus a re-activation fine of £10 must be paid before the site is re-activated.

We reserve the right to review the hosting fee, interest rate, domain renewal fees and reactivation fee annually.
